Picked up a client here, didn't actually stay there. But there were crews doing renovations.
Breanna at front counter was real nice. The rooms were clean! I asked if they had queen bed rooms husband is really tall. The lady on phone said yes but they were full size beds. It worked out but I wish she would have just told truth. Other than that it was good
We made a last-minute reservation online before we saw a couple of negative reviews. When we arrived, we're pleasantly surprised to find new paint and flooring, new plumbing fixtures etc. Quality is a good cost effective hotel.
The staff was excellent! I was stuck in Greensboro, GA after a flight from Atlanta was cancelled, and they let me use their dining area to work from for most of the day! First Class! Room was very clean, and I can't say enough about how nice everyone is there! Highly recommend!
I had truck troubles and had to stop randomly. This place is by many auto repairs and fast food. The room was better than i expected it to be. It looked clean, smelled nice. No big negative impression besides some gross stains on the wall beside the toilet (blood, mucus). The vending machines only take cash. The walls are PAPER THIN and you can hear your neighbors conversations. Still, I was lucky to have stopped in such a place. It was very easy to check in. Pretty good experience.
I am a choice hotel Diamond member and this is my second time staying at this hotel. The Quality Inn as done some MAJOR remodeling to the Bathrooms in the rooms. The remodel is FABULOUS and the shower head has three different setting. One of the BEST SHOWERS I EVER HAD I TRULY FELT LIKE A NEW WOMAN AFTER THAT SHOW. The Front desk staff Alexa was super nice with excellent customer service I lost my phone she was nice to let me use her phone and I was driving 9 hours from Virginia so I was really tired an Alexa brought me my driver license to my room I left at the front desk she was so nice and trustworthy my visit was FABULOUS. LOVE THE NEW BATHROOMS THANKS Alexa
Great location (near Waffle House, Wendy's, Dairy Queen, Pizza Hut ect) Very friendly people!!!! Upon leaving the hotel my daughter left her iPhone, the hotel contacted me ASAP to inform me of their findings to return. Thank You! Housekeeping cleaned our room each day. Very Pleasant stay!!!!!
The room was clean. Had an upstairs unit. Stairs were a bit scary (dark behind building) everywhere in frint was very well lit. Good value for the accomodations
My husband and I came down for his dirt bike race for S.O.R.C.S. The rooms were clean and front desk lady was AMAZING! ( I'm bad with names) The location was great! Will stay again for the next race coming up!
For the price you pay you can’t beat this place. I had to make a last minute reservation for a week long stay due to work. Was skeptical of the prior reviews but this place is in a great location, safe area, well lit at night stay, daily cleaning service and in the same parking lot as Waffle House. Cleaning service isn’t perfect but gives best effort. Would definitely stay again.
